We are located on the corner of Pearl Street and 5th Street. You will have
to park at a metered space. To make things easier, when you arrive text me your space number I'll take care of your fees.
I understand the occasional need to cancel an appointment. I ask that you give the courtesy of notifying me at least 8 business hours in advance. A 50 % service fee will be charged with your credit card for cancellations with less than 8 business hours notice. Full cost of your services will be charged for appointments missed without notice.
Check in time for new clients is 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out a brief intake form. Returning clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise however, as a courtesy to guests with following appointments, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged in full.
